SOARING THE EAGLE (PART 3)

The story continues.. on the 3^rd day of this program (10^th Jan 2011), we’d a special talk about health and fitness in our class, but combined with the another group.. this special talk given by Dr Tengku Fadzilah, was titled ‘The Hulk’ which visualize the power of health towards our body.. haha, I would like to be like the Hulk lah, baru la nampak macam semangat, plus STROOONGG!! Haha :P

Here are some QUICK OPTIONS for our breakfast, especially during EXAMINATION:

iii - grain cereal + milk, banana.

iii - oatmeal with raisin + milk.

iii - cereal bar, chocolate milk, apple.

iv - bread with cheese + tomato

vi - healthy snack.

vi - apa2 pun bole, asalkan baik untuk kesihatan.. :)

A Healthy Brain Needs a Healthy Body + Heart..
but yang ni mybe terlebih 'sihat' ni..huhu =)

After Zohor prayer, we learned about 7 keys that make the word SUCCESS be SUCCEED to us.. :)

After that, we played a very HOT + INTERESTING game called ‘MARRY’(actually xda nama pun, so saja ja amek nama ni, so that senang la nak describe yang ni game apa.. huhu).. this was how the game began.. at first, in a big circle of us, a chosen ‘lucky’ man must choose a GIRL (not man tau :P), and ask her for a love.. either the lady responded YES or NO, ask her for a reason.. then the girl should tell why she accept/not accept the guy..e.g ‘bcoz u are wearing spectacles’.. then, all person that have such criteria stated by the girl on them should CHANGE their seat immediately, + the guy itself.. the LAST person who are still does not has seated may be the next ‘lucky’ guy/girl..and the same thing will go to that girl, choose a guy, and ask for a love.. this game actually very hard, especially to me, bcoz u know me lah, I don’t have any experience related to this, ayat jiwang2 karat siap!! Mau pengsan dibueknyo eden ni ha.. but Alhamdulillah, naseb baek eden xkono ha.. if not, mybe kena cop mamat karat la after this.. huhu..

Haha.. this is the most exciting part for that day.. at about 2030, we’ll gonna have an event, called ‘UTPian Idol’.. haha.. every group must send at least a single singer who will perform their song in front of our class.. then, some of our members are chosen to be the Project Manager (PM), judges (3), and committees for this small event, while all of our singers are preparing for their full performance..

Sharp at 2030, all members had gathered at our class + our facis.. the ‘UTPian Idol’ begins with Rahim, Nak, Aizzat + Yana, and Mustaqim..  the three judges was Aiman, Hajar, and Gori (Idwal).. for me, all performances given by them are ok la, better than me la if I karok pun.. huhu.. for the result of the ‘UTPian Idol’, Aizzat n Yana had won for the 1^st prize, but the another three won the 2^nd prize.. one thing about the winner, they will perform their song again during the ‘Graduation Night’, just 2 days from now (I mean, that day la..huhu :P)
